  • While dried flowers don’t go ‘bad’, we recommend refreshing designs semi- annually.
  • Sunlight can cause color fading to dyed product over time, so you will want to be mindful of the  placement of permanent pieces.

Our primary shipping method is FedEx.


  • During checkout, please choose from the drop down of shipping options: In-store pickup, Ground, 2-Day Express, and Overnight shipping (with 1-day processing).


  • If you prefer to ship the product under your own FedEx account, provide the information in the notes section at checkout.


  • After your order is processed and packed, the shipping rate will be added to your order. You will receive a final order confirmation with your package’s tracking information upon completion. 


  • We aim to get your order to you by the selected date, but we cannot guarantee it unless ‘Next Day Overnight’ shipping is selected.

Quality Issues: If the product arrives damaged or not as ordered, please email [email protected] with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

To return- send an email with photos to discuss. Your payment method will be refunded once the product has been received in original condition in store.
